That’s why we frequently take our team through the Practice Math Exercise, as a way of getting our entire team on the same page regarding the cost of running a business.
Let’s take this concept to the next level and connect it back to our Impact Diagram. When we consider the things Shoreline’s Net Margin is utilized towards, this also applies towards our Impact Diagram items. Patient events, team outings, donations, and days we give back to the community are all funded by that Net Margin.
Simply put: the bigger our company grows, the bigger our impact can be!
