One of the unique things our new patients will experience at their first visit is receiving a personalized gift from one of our Shoreline team members. Throughout the year, our marketing team stocks a selection of seasonally relevant gifts to suit multiple interests! Gifting is not a one-size-fits-all experience at Shoreline.
Since delivering an excellent patient experience is paramount at our practice, it’s not only about what we give, but also how it’s given. Here are some of the details we ensure are delivered on every time:
the new patient gift is wrapped and includes a card welcoming the patient to the practice
the new patient gift is selected based on their interests ( this is indicated on their intake forms)
the gift is presented to the patient either upon their arrival or at the conclusion of their tour, with the sentiment similar to“ …and here is a gift to welcome you from our doctors and team! Go ahead and open it— I know you’re going to to love it!”
We want the presentation to feel exciting AND to have the patient open the gift right then and there.
